Our mission is simply to design beautiful places – buildings and spaces that people love being in and returning to. Our work is known for having a calm and restful appearance (providing a sense of well-being in an increasingly chaotic world), with joyful decorative elements.
Place Lab was established in 2012 and is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Currently, our main market is the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Ethics
Top of our list is listening to and giving people the sort of places they want. Independent research consistently shows these to be designed around beautiful traditional/classical style structures.
Sustainability
Ultimately, for us, the planet must be sustained in order that we can continue not only to preserve but to create new BEAUTY. Everything else flows from this.
